FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I''m based in the Kansas City and Kansas and willing to travel. Additional fees may apply.
When will we get our photos?
Your digital gallery link will be sent to you via email in 2-3 weeks after your session
How many pictures will we receive?
When you pick your package it will also have how many photos you will receive. There is a $36 fee for each ADDITIONAL ADD-ON .
What is your cancellation policy?
Out of respect for my time, please inform me of a cancellation by 8 AM two days prior to your scheduled session. If changes are made during the timeframe, your deposit will go towards your new date. If you do not cancel during that timeframe, you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit to book in the future.
What is your late policy?
Please notify me if you will be 10 to 15 minutes late your session will still end at the predetermind session time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your session will be canceled and you will not be refunded.
How long will I have to view my gallery?
From the time your gallery is sent to you, you will have 14 days to choose your photos. Please contact me if you need more time.
What happens during inclement weather?
if inclement weather arises, I will reach out via email at least two days in advance to work with you and come up with a new date for your session.
